I have some black dots in my Control Panel? What is the meaning of a black dot?
And how does one give black dot to some one? When I try to add reputation to a post, I can only see I approve or I disapprove options. I would imagine I approve=green and I disapprove=red. Where does a black dot fit into this scheme?
The gray dots come when you get either approval/disapproval from somebody who has:

I am from Tennessee..My labor PD is July 2002(regular), was forwarded to Phylly from atlanta regional after recruitement was done. got 45 day letter in feb of 2005. I haven't heard from them since. anyone in the same boat with similar Priority dates?

Here is my point. I spend several hours 3-4 hours at least every day looking through the forum posts hoping to find ways i can contribute to efforts. There are several ideas that are generated in the forum. But cannot find out who is leading it. All i am saying is if we can have a listing of initiatives with some names associated. So i can contribute to the ones that i can support. I am not sure if i am asking for too much here. I am not a IT guy. I do not know what it takes to post it in the front page.

Thanks for your inputs. What I am suggesting is that, every one of us should volunteer for our own good. If you can spend some time, I sugggest that, you send an email to IV core offering them your time so that you can share some of their work load.

It seems to me you do not understand the difference between taxes and Social Security / Medicare.
With my taxes I pay for (example) roads, police, courts, public TV and so on. And I use what I pay for (another nice example is when the police paid by me catches me with high speed and fines me :-)
SS and Medicare are future services which I would not use while I am on H1/L1 or if I do not get permanent residence by some reason. This is my money which the US government has compulsory taken from me and I have not used it. So, I have the right to get this money back and use it for my eventual retirement in another country.
We do not change the law of the land to benefit us, we just do not want to be cheated and treated like retarded.
The real ridiculous stuff is the way the government agencies are treating the legal immigrants but nobody in the "great" country care to notice that, especially the law-makers.

I just spoke with a CapitolHearings rep and she said she is going to get the technical team in charge of this to look into it

Unfortunately, I had to deal with my so-called high society, dim-wit, shame-less, tradition-less-good-for-nothing in-laws (my wife's parents n all). They wanted me to run their family too and were becoming a kind of big emotional/medical liability and financial burden on me (although, they had ALL resources and I assume LOT of money too. After tolerating and caring for nearly a decade, I HAD to DUMP them 9-years ago (after I landed in US) as they were becoming too much for me. They will care only for their own-self (will never bother to see even if you like it or not), will never care if it will be convenient to me in high demanding professional job. They will never shy an opprtunity to brag, steal/rob credit for anything even not remotely linked to them and were simply loose-mouths.
They could dare not to open-up again. But this 'Dumping' slowly and gradually has affected my family life. I really donot understand what tradition-less craps in the society there or here finally gain...If they are not capable of rejoicing the prosperity of their own daughter's family. I believe, it is actually not so common as any normal well thinking individual will never ever do this. I can never think even in worst of my times, if I can do any of that stuff to my two growing up daughters. Well this is first-ever I opened my heart anywhere..
I only pray 'God bless our family (GBOF)' as you see in my IV-handle
